In a potential history shown by the Eleventh Doctor to Jean-Luc Picard, the Cybermen, having integrated both the Doctor's N-Space and Picard's parallel universe, successfully conquered the Borg Collective and began a campaign to convert the galaxy. In an alternate timeline created when Rassilon allied with the Cybermen, the Sontaran Empire had fallen to the Cybermen in the 24th century, the conquerors abducting the Tenth Doctor, Cindy and Gabby to help them defend Sontar. Though the Tenth Doctor failed to save the planet, this sequence of events was undone when a remorseful Rassilon joined with the Twelfth Doctor to defeat the Cybermen.
