Gino Gonzalez was the younger brother of Gabby and Blanca and son of Miguel and Maria Gonzalez.
He accompanied his parents and Blanca to the celebration of the Day of the Dead in Green-Wood Cemetery. When he saw people possessed by Cerebravores breaking into the cemetery, he correctly guessed that they themselves may be turned into such "monsters". (COMIC: Revolutions of Terror)

Despite the boy appearing already in the first Titan Tenth Doctor comic story Revolutions of Terror, the name "Gino" was not given there. It was first mentioned by Gabby Gonzalez only in the third comic story The Weeping Angels of Mons, where Gino does not appear.
