General Yolaktorin of the Retjarvik-Sattavarian was a dictator who, during the first year of his reign, slaughtered the majority of the Chapadio race. During this time, he was known as the Butcher of Barakanamor and was voted War Criminal of the Millennium four times in a row. He wore a set of heavy battle armor.
