Marc Boyle was an actor and stuntman on several Doctor Who television stories.

Before the filming of Terror of the Autons, actor Nicholas Courtney (the Brigadier) suffered a sudden attack of depression. Producer Barry Letts re-wrote the script to reduce the Brigadier's involvement, removing all but one of the character's line so Boyle could double for Courtney during the filming. (DWM 317)
