The University of East Wessex was in southern England. Around the turn of the 20th century, Barry Hitchins and John Finer taught there, and Josh Randall and Tommy Carmodie were students. Finer created his time machine beneath the university, but after a new timeline was created, he confessed to his daughter's murder and never built it. (PROSE: Psi-ence Fiction)
