Aubrey Woods (9 April 1928-7 May 2013) played the Controller in the Doctor Who story Day of the Daleks. He is perhaps best known for playing Bill the Candy Store Owner in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971) as well as singing the song "The Candy Man" in the film.
