Harry Stevens was an old man was was a Caretaker at a fun fair in a south of England coastal town. He had worked there all his life. Sometime between the early 1980s and 2010 he adopted Eve an alien from an unknown world. In 2010 the fun fair had got shut down and Eve had kidnapped 4 homeless people. He met Rani Chandra who had snuck in to find out who Eve was. He later encountered Sarah Jane Smith and Clyde Langer who where also put under control of Eve. (SJA: The Mad Woman in the Attic)
