Will Stampe (7 October 1920-1 September 1981[1]) played the first man in the Doctor Who television story The Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve.

He also had guest roles on television shows such as Armchair Theatre, Taxi!, Dixon of Dock Green, Mogul, Softly Softly, Z-Cars and Play for Today.
