Peter Gillingham-West, the Viscount Rose, was a 20th century aristocrat, a former hippie and 37th in line to the British throne. He allowed the Redborough pop festival to be held on his estate in 1970. A British Rocket Group probe to Triton enabled the Waro to mentally contact Rose.
