Sheelagh Wells is one of a very few people to have worked behind-the-scenes on both the 1963 and 2005 versions of Doctor Who. She was a make-up artist on Mawdryn Undead and then came to lead the make-up department on series 2. She was the make-up designer for every episode from The Christmas Invasion to Doomsday.
