The Tsuranga was a 67th century hospital ship which was attacked by a Pting when the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz, Graham, and Ryan were aboard.

The ship carried two lifepods and it's condition was monitored from it's base. If there was any hostile lifeform the ship's computers would relay it and if it was truly dangerous to the main hospital complex then the ship would be destroyed.

The crew during this time included just Astos and Mabli, while the rest of ship's function was entirely automated, and powered by and anti-matter drive. Patients aboard the ship were Yoss Inkl and Eve Cicero who was with her brother Durkas Cicero and consort Ronan. (TV: The Tsuranga Conundrum)
