Dave Jervis (also known as David Jervis) provided electronic effects on the Doctor Who television stories Destiny of the Daleks, City of Death and The Horns of Nimon. He also provided for video effects on Meglos and The Visitation.
He had earlier been the uncredited inlay operator on Revenge of the Cybermen, (INFO: Revenge of the Cybermen) Terror of the Zygons (INFO: Terror of the Zygons) and Pyramids of Mars.
