The Bio Processor was an item of technology which was possessed by a Dalek that fought to escape the Vault. Capable of unlocking billions of combinations, the Dalek used the Bio Processor to unlock numerous doors. (NOTVALID: The Last Dalek)
Behind the scenes
The Bio Processor is identified in the video game The Last Dalek, based on TV: Dalek. The first of its arsenal, the player-controlled Dalek is equipped with the Bio Processor from the start of the game.
Though a Bio Processor was not refered to in Dalek, its use in The Last Dalek does match a scene in which the "Metaltron" uses its manipulator arm to open a locked door. As the Ninth Doctor observed, even the average Dalek was a "genius" that could calculate a thousand billion combinations in a single second.
