Michael Osborne played Sorak in the Doctor Who television story The Horns of Nimon. He had earlier appeared as an uncredited Citizen of Troy in The Myth Makers (DWM 284) and a Slave Guardian in The Ark. (DWM 228)

He was best known for playing PC Newton on Dixon of Dock Green and Mr Howard on Grange Hill.
