Anne Caisson was the personal assistant of Home Secretary Clive Reeves.

At work one day in 1966, Anne was contacted by the Eighth Doctor, who told her that an alien device had ended up in Sir Clive's briefcase. The Doctor and Anne travelled to Sir Clive's house, where Anne retrieved the device while Sir Clive was distracted by the Doctor.
