Leonard Sachs (26 September 1909-15 June 1990[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Admiral Gaspard de Coligny in The Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve and Lord President Borusa in Arc of Infinity. He was the father of Torchwood guest star Robin Sachs.
He had also been considered for the role of Marcus Scarman in Pyramids of Mars. (TCH 24)
