Shabadabadon was a planet with famous ice caves that the Doctor tried going to three times in three different incarnations.
When the Fifth Doctor first tried to get there, he brought along The Rough Guide to Shabadabadon with him, but instead ended up landing in the Gogglebox. (AUDIO: The Gathering) The Sixth Doctor later purposely brought Peri to the Gogglebox before visiting Shabadabadon, but instead ended up going to 1984 Baltimore. (AUDIO: The Reaping) The Eighth Doctor finally managed to get there with Samson and Gemma Griffin. (AUDIO: Terror Firma)
