Coordinator Narvin owned a "top of the range" Type 400 TARDIS, far more advanced than the Doctor's TARDIS.

After Narvin lost his own ship, and when Josiah W. Dogbolter was defeated, he demanded that the Seventh Doctor take him back to Gallifrey. (AUDIO: The Quantum Possibility Engine)
