Companion Piece was the second story in the audio anthology Ravenous 3, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Matt Fitton and featured Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, Nicola Walker as Liv Chenka, Hattie Morahan as Helen Sinclair.
Publisher's summary
When the evil Time Lord known as the Nine comes across a rare and valuable item floating in the space-time vortex, his acquisitive nature means he can’t resist the urge to complete the set.
Soon a wicked scheme is underway. Only the Doctor’s friends – past, present and future – will be able to stop him.

Continuity
While bringing Helen and Liv in, many of the companions that the Nine has captured on his travels include (Jamie McCrimmon, Jo Grant, Leela, Romana II and Adric).
An elderly woman who wants to go home is part of The Nine's menagerie. It is currently unidentified of which Doctor she has or will travel with.
While in her locked room, when she meets with The Nine, Charley had hoped he had brought C'rizz to keep her company. However, It was not the case, and it seems he had a disliking too him.
