Dominic, real name Dominicus, was a colleague of Matthew Dysart who said that the energy crisis would be soon over. He had a time corridor in his office. He had hypnotised Peri Brown. He was employed to commit genocide. The Terrible Zodin employed him to destroy the Earth. (AUDIO: Power Play)
