The Outback was a desert region of Australia.
One incarnation of the Doctor lived in the Outback for 123 years, where they "saw some great rocks."
The Great Victoria Desert was found in the Outback. The Thirteenth Doctor visited the desert during a Kasaavin invasion of Earth, where she encountered the Spy Master in the guise of O. (TV: Spyfall)
