Immediate Media Company London Limited (commonly known simply as Immediate Media Company) was a Bristol-based publishing company formed in late 2011. It combined the businesses formerly known as BBC Magazines (which was separated from BBC Worldwide), Origin Publishing and Magicalia. By 2014, its portfolio included 36 websites, over 70 brands and 58 magazines, including Radio Times and Doctor Who Adventures.
Doctor Who Adventures began crediting Immediate Media as its publisher with its 248th issue. It ceased publishing DWA after the 363rd issue, at which point Panini Comics took over with a new issue 1.
