Bristol
Bristol was a city in and ceremonial county in England. It was home to the Twelfth Doctor's companion, Bill Potts. The Doctor's own place of work for several decades, St Luke's University, underneath which he hid a mysterious vault, was located in Bristol.

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Bristol.
