The son of Sarah and Trystan Thomas was born in the Boardroom of the Torchwood Hub in 2009, during the All-Night Zombie Horror Show.

Biography

Trystan and Sarah Thomas were attacked by "zombies" on their way to hospital, where they were going to meet their midwife - Rianne Kilkenny. They were saved by Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones, but not before Trys had been wounded in the attack. Jack and Ianto took Sarah and Trys to the Torchwood Hub, where Trys began to develop an "infection".

Ianto safely delivered the baby in the Boardroom, where he had set up a makeshift bed for Sarah using Jack's mattress.

Jack watched Sarah and baby when they were sleeping. He felt a pang of sadness that, unless his circumstances were to change, he would outlive this boy. He would watch as this tiny human grew and blossomed, withered and died. He blew a kiss to the two of them, turned and slipped silently away.

Ianto later returned to find Sarah breastfeeding. Her baby grizzled as she removed him from her breast, then began sucking his fingers. Ianto told her that they were popping out for a bit and promised her that the Hub was the most secure place in Cardiff.

On their return, Sarah and her baby were reunited with Trys, now safely uninfected. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
