Tim Mclnnerny (born 18 September 1956[1]) played Klineman Halpen in the Doctor Who story Planet of the Ood. He was reportedly honoured by the role [1]. He also voiced Dolne in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Well-Mannered War.

He previously auditioned for the role of the Eighth Doctor in the TV movie.

He is best known for playing Captain Darling and Lord Percy in Blackadder, a series co-written by Richard Curtis and also starring Rowan Atkinson and Stephen Fry. He is the brother of Lizzie McInnerny.
