Debra Stephenson (born 4 June 1972[1]) voiced the Thirteenth Doctor in the webcast Doctors Assemble!.
She is best known for being an impressionist and often collaborates with Jon Culshaw, they have worked together on the television shows The Impressions Show with Culshaw and Stephenson and Newzoids as well as the most recent incarnation of the Dead Ringers radio series.
