Banto Zame was a con man who impersonated the Doctor and used "special effects" to create a seemingly threatening alien invasion. His accomplice, Sally-Anne Stubbins, played the role of the Doctor's companion. Zame would then save the target planet and accept a reward for his services. However, it backfired when the Cylinder came and took him for the Doctor's crimes against its people. The Doctor said he would come back to rescue him, one day. (AUDIO: The One Doctor)
