"Frances Godalming" was a woman experimented on by the Good Thinking project, making her a tool of a minister who wanted the public infected with Provictus. She led Heights Pharmaceuticals. Due to being brainwashed, she could not remember her real name nor her husband, Luke Palmer. (AUDIO: Outbreak)
