Mrs Oppenheimer-Mason was a wealthy socialite who lived in New York City in the 1980s. She had a pet poodle called Monty.

In 1983, she attended the reopening of the Lincoln Center, where she met Romana II. Two years later, she somehow came into possession, unknowingly, of a psychic sales voucher, which Romana and the Fourth Doctor were tasked with retrieving. The Doctor managed to swipe the voucher from under Oppenheimer-Mason as Romana chatted with her about their previous meeting.

Indeed, these two meetings had actually happened in reverse order for Romana, who had made up the backstory of having met Oppenhiemer-Mason two years prior, and had immediately travelled back to that point afterward to make it happen. (COMIC: Time Lady of Means)
