Governor (Nostalgia Corner)

The cruel Governor was a character in the notorious story of William Tell. Being a character in a piece of famous storybook fiction, the Governor existed as a real individual in Storyland, endlessly acting out his part in the tale of William Tell. The First Doctor and John and Gillian interfered with one iteration of the story, tricking the Governor into using a magnetic grape as the target to place on the head of William Tell's son, rather than an apple.
