The Terrance Dicks Library was a library located in St Luke's University. (COMIC: The Lost Dimension)
Behind the scenes
The library's name is undoubtedly a reference to Terrance Dicks, who was the script editor for Doctor Who for eight years, and who wrote many pivotal stories, including The Seeds of Death, The War Games, The Ambassadors of Death, Robot, The Brain of Morbius, Horror of Fang Rock, State of Decay and The Five Doctors.
