The Thirteenth Doctor entered an anti-zone between N-Space and the Solitract plane through a portal located in a mirror on Norway.
There, she, Graham O'Brien and Yasmin Khan met Ribbons, who they inquired about Erik. Hanne later came through on her own, followed by Ryan Sinclair. Each of them, aside from Ryan, found their way to the Solitract plane, and were eventually thrown out of that plane, back into the anti-zone, by the Solitract. (TV: It Takes You Away)
