Josiah Collins (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Pyramids of Mars) was the butler of Marcus Scarman at his mansion in England. He was suspicious of Ibrahim Namin.

In 1911, he found the Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith in the wing of the mansion that Namin had closed off. Thinking they were friends of Dr Warlock who had come to investigate the mansion, he told them to watch out for Namin, who he said had "the temper of the devil himself".

He had the Doctor and Sarah exit through the window so Namin didn't find them. However, while watching them leave, Collins was attacked and killed via strangulation by an Osiran service robot. (TV: Pyramids of Mars)

The mansion burned down that night after Sutekh was defeated. According to one newspaper, Collins was believed to have been among those who perished in the fire. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Pyramids of Mars)
