In the late 20th century, Tobias Vaughn had a Cyber-Planner, known as the Cyber-Director, installed in his office at International Electromatics in London where it acted as a communications channel between Vaughn and the Cybermen. It recognised the Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon from Planet 14. (TV: The Invasion)
