SV23 was a Super-Voc that worked in Sol's coffee shop in Kaldor City. It served ice soda coffees to Helen Sinclair and Liv Chenka, the latter of whom was disturbed by the Super-Voc having Tula Chenka's voice.
SV23 and the other robots were restored thanks to the Eighth Doctor and Lina Hadway shielding the complex using weather shields.
