SV23 was a Super-Voc that worked in Sol's coffee shop in Kaldor City. It served ice soda coffees to Helen Sinclair and Liv Chenka, the latter of whom was disturbed by the Super-Voc having Tula Chenka's voice.
SV23 and the other robots were restored thanks to the Eighth Doctor and Lina Hadway shielding the complex using weather shields. The Doctor managed to convince it not to obey Galla Posca's order to self-destruct, which would have destroyed the complex and covered up the affair. (AUDIO: Escape from Kaldor)
