Galla Posca

Galla Posca was director of the Kaldor City Company. A rich man, he owned half of Kaldor City and hoped to one day own the other half. He was aware of the Doctor due to the redacted incident files.
Before opening the complex, the Company had the Sandminer robots purify the area of sand rats. This programming was restored after Kit Laver reset them, causing the robots to attempt to eliminate all life signs. Posca sent Tula Chenka to get the other humans out of the complex, mistrusting the Eighth Doctor due to his not having signed a non-disclosure agreement. (AUDIO: Escape from Kaldor)
