Gypsie Kemp, sometimes credited as Sarah Kemp, played the UNIT Radio Operator in the Doctor Who television story Day of the Daleks.
Kemp started her acting career in the UK, appearing in episodes of Z-Cars and Shoestring. In the 1980s, she moved to Australia and continued her acting career, playing Charlie Bartlett in over five-hundred episodes of Sons and Daughters.
