In Pete's World, Human.2 was a name used by the Cybermen who were created by John Lumic, introducing themselves as the next level of mankind. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)
Lisa Hallett, a human from the Earth of N-Space who had been partially cyber-converted by the invading parallel universe Cybermen during the Battle of Canary Wharf, identified herself as Human.2 in a confrontation with Torchwood Three.
