Human.1 was a term coined by Jack Harkness in opposition to the Cybermen of Pete's World, who were designated Human.2. Lisa Hallett, a human from the Earth of N-Space who had been partially cyber-converted by the invading parallel universe Cybermen during the Battle of Canary Wharf, identified herself as Human.2 in a confrontation with Torchwood Three, to which Jack quipped that she looked more like "Human.1".
