An Earth mirror on Andromeda was used by the Tenth Doctor to imprison Daughter of Mine.
As punishment for her crimes the Doctor imprisoned Daughter of Mine inside every mirror in existence, choosing an old Earth mirror on the planet Andromeda to visit once a month for as long as she remained imprisoned. (TV: The Family of Blood) Bernice Summerfield once came across the mirror while visiting Andromeda, but refused to let Daughter of Mine out. (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt)
In their thirteenth incarnation, the Doctor decided to free Daughter of Mine and visited Andromeda to release her. (WC: The Shadow in the Mirror) Bernice later returned to Andromeda to find the mirror missing. (AUDIO: Shadow of a Doubt)
