Klov Dreb Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was a child from the Passameer-Day Slitheen family.
His mother said he was a late developer. His parents had him microchipped so they could track him. He stowed away aboard the Doctor's TARDIS looking for adventure. He stole cheese sandwiches, chips and chocolate biscuits in the TARDIS for three weeks.
