The hyper-space video-phone, also spelt hyper-space video phone, (PROSE: XL5 Collision Course!) was the technology used by the Space News Agency to relay many of their stories about the Daleks, (COMIC: Power Play et al.) whose planet Skaro was located in hyperspace. (COMIC: Genesis of Evil)
It was also used by Space Station K42 to picture Fireball XL5 firing an interceptor missile. (PROSE: XL5 Collision Course!)
