Bruce Lee was born sometime after 1937. He spoke of "the art of fighting without fighting", which the Fourth Doctor likened to a concept in The Art of War, it being "a greater honour to defeat the enemy without resorting to battle." (PROSE: The Shadow of Weng-Chiang)
He was living in Hong Kong by 1972. The Thirteenth Doctor and Ryan Sinclair encountered him when they attempted to break into, what they did not realise was, his house, where they thought Yasmin Khan and Graham O'Brien where being held captive. (COMIC: The White Dragon)
