It was notably the location of the Daleks' home planet Skaro, (PROSE: The Infinity Doctors) leading to an Anti-Dalek Force patrolling the Seventh Galaxy. (PROSE: Report from an Unknown Planet) Also native to Skaro were the Thals, whom the Third Doctor observed were always known as one of the most peace loving peoples in the galaxy throughout history.
