The Fifth Galaxy was ruled by the Embodiment of Gris before it was overthrown in 3932 by Zephon. (AUDIO: Neverland) Zephon had been assisted by the Daleks as part of their long scheme to rally the leaders of the Outer Galaxies for an invasion of Mutter's Spiral. (PROSE: Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) As Master of the Fifth Galaxy, Zephon represented it at the Galactic Council in 4000, only to be exterminated by the Daleks when he attempted to leave, having been blamed by them for the loss of the taranium core. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan) According to the Celestial Intervention Agency, Galaxy 5 was among those who allied with the Daleks in their ill-fated attack on Earth in 4000.
