A "Delta Wave Generator" was a weapon the Ninth Doctor constructed on the Game Station in 200,100 to destroy the Daleks by generating a delta wave. However, when the time came to use it, he was unable to bring himself to do so since it would cause mass genocide on Earth, since the Doctor had no time to refine it would've killed all humans as well as Daleks.
