Within the TARDIS, the First Doctor observed that Archibald Hamish Lethbridge-Stewart was in shock and so gave him a brandy. (TV: Twice Upon a Time)
Behind the scenes
In The Doctor of War, which is not considered a valid source on this Wiki due to its parodical nature, the War Doctor briefly tried using the alias of "Mister Moody" as an alternative to "the Doctor," but gave it up when it turned out to not produce sufficient "shock and awe" in a combat zone.
