Helgert Teveler

Helgert Teveler was a biochemistry graduate. He fought the war with the Eminence. He was the father of Barlow Teveler and Sisrella Teveler. He was annoyed when his seeds wouldn't germinate. He told the Sixth Doctor about the blight that the Earth colonies were suffering. Weak from malnutrition, he died after finding a way to reverse the problem, from the shock of a spaceship arriving suddenly. However, his research enabled seed banks to be used to replenish the colonies. (AUDIO: The Seeds of War)
