SV86 was a Super-Voc that was involved with the attempt to rescue survivors from the explosion at the Super-Voc production plant in the northern sector of Kaldor City.
It tried to resolve a query, with Liv Chenka, about saving either two out of three people or only one from underneath a collapsing wall; the singular being the child, the other two being their parents. Liv decided to save the child first then attempt to save the others.
Later Liv explained to her sister they did manage to save all three but theorised SV86 was developing a conscience, something not seen before in Kaldor androids. (AUDIO: A Matter of Conscience)
