Pathfinders was a short story published in Doctor Who Magazine. It featured the Fourth Doctor, Romana II, Adric and K9, and was set during the E-Space trilogy.
Summary
The Doctor, Romana, Adric, and K9 arrive on a planet with a road. K9 can see the projected course for the TARDIS to an extent, but it ends at a "curve in destiny."
- Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
- And sorry I could not travel both
- And be one traveller, long I stood
- And looked down one as far as I could
- To where it bent in the undergrowth
